Telangana MBBS Counselling 2020 :
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal is the authority responsible for conducting the Telangana MBBS 2020 counselling for the eligible applicants. The authority will conduct the counselling of Telangana MBBS 2020 on the basis of obtained scores in NEET. For Telangana MBBS admission 2020, there will be two or three rounds of counselling and if required a mop-up round will be conducted by the authorities. Only applicants whose names will be enlisted in the provisional list will be eligible for the Telangana MBBS counselling 2020. Candidates will be called for document verification after the release of provisional Telangana MBBS merit list 2020. It is mandatory to obtain a merit position in the provisional merit list to be called for document verification session for the Telangana MBBS admission. Obtaining merit position in a merit list is nothing but the aspirant should get minimum qualifying marks(cutoff) announced by NTA and the aspirants have to register themselves for counselling.

Procedure :
1. Registration :
As we have mentioned earlier to get a merit position in a provisional list to participate in Telangana MBBS 2020 counselling aspirants have to register themselves for the same by providing all the requisite details. In order to get registered aspirants are required to click on the link of web counselling, which will be available on the homepage. The dates for registration of the applicants will be given through to a notification on KNRUHS official website.
REGISTARTION THROUGH ONLINE:
1. The on-line application form for determining merit position for Competent Authority quota seats using NEET UG – 2019 scores will be available on the website https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/
2. The applicant should fill the online application form available in the Website with the data required-for, through internet. The online application form can be filled through any computer with Internet Explorer-11 version with internet connection (home/internet cafe/net center). The candidate is advised to fill the online application by keeping all the Certificates and ready to enter his/her correct data.
PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR DETERMINATION OF MERIT POSITION FOR STATE QUOTA SEATS.
- Open the website https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ Home page displayed as follows.
2. Registration Form appears in which the Candidate has to give the details to register.
3. After entering the details click on the validate button.
4. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number. Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence and click Ok.
5. Then enter the Testing ID and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and click on the Validate Button.
6. The application form will be displayed as shown above.
7. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste category, the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any
refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee.
8. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway click OK
9. Select your mode of payment and Make Payment.
10. After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message.
11. Click the OK Button. You will get your filled application form take a printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification.

Documents required to upload the details
👉 Admit card of NEET UG - 2020
👉 Rank card of NEET UG-2020
👉 SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth
👉 Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination.
👉 Transfer certificate (T.C)
👉 Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate.
👉 Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by competent authority.
👉 Service records of parents or SSC/ SSLC certificate of parent/relative if parent is not in- service.
👉 Aadhar Card
👉 Minority certificates issued by the concerned Department.
👉 Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Telangana have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar excluding period of study/employment
👉 The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar/with Ration card.
👉 Undertaking in the form of Affidavit on Rs. 100 /- Stamp paper by the Parent and candidate stating that the caste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per law, if any discrepancy noticed.
👉 Local residence certificate issued by MRO for candidates appeared privately . (o) Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP, NCC, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim.
👉 EWS Certificate claiming reservation under EWS Categories issued by competent authority (Tahasildar) of State of Telangana.
THE CANDIDATES WHO APPLIED ONLINE IN RESPONSE TO THIS OFFICE NOTIFICATION FOR DERTERMINING STATE MERIT POSITION FOR COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA SEATS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR ATTENDING VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AT THE HELPLINE CENTERS IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA AS PER THE SCHEDULE TO BE NOTIFIED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
2. Document Verification :
The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that applied for NEET-UG 2020 in the space provided in the print out of online application form and submit at the time of original certificates verification along with the two sets of self attested copies of required certificates at the helpline centers in the state of Telangana notified by the University at the time of original certificates verification.
KNRUHS University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at the helpline centers in the state of Telangana as per the schedule to be notified by the University.
3. Login and Filling & locking of choices/ exercising web options :
After completion of the registration process, aspirants have to login to their applicant portal by using their login credentials. For Telangana MBBS/BDS 2020 counselling aspirants are asked to fill their choices of courses and colleges according to their preferences. Students are advised to fill and lock their choices carefully as it is one of the most important factors in allocation of seats for Telangana NEET admission. It must be noted to review the choices before submitting it.
The notification for exercising web options, by candidates in the final Merit list will be issued separately on KNRUHS Website.
4. Telangana MBBS seat allotment 2020 :
After the submission of choices for the Telangana MBBS 2020 counselling, the authority will allot the seats for admission. For the admission of Telangana NEET, seats will be granted on the basis of choices filled, seats availability, merit ranks and reservation category.
After the process of seats allotment results of Telangana MBBS seat allotment 2020 will be released by the authority in the online mode also the applicant will receive the SMS on registered mobile number during online registration if seat is alloted.
5. Downloading the Telangana MBBS counselling allotment letter :
Aspirants seeking Telangana NEET admission are advised to download the admission letter before reporting at the allotted colleges from the login portal. The link to download the allotment letter will be available on this page. Candidates are advised to take printouts of the Telangana MBBS admission letter 2020 for their future benefits.
6. Reporting at the allotted college :
The eligible aspirants who have allotted their seats for various medical and dental colleges in Telangana MBBS/BDS counselling 2020 have to report at the allotted colleges. Applicants are required to report within the designated dates and timings with the Telangana NEET admission letter.
All the documents should be carried to the college along with allotment letter while reporting to the collage. it is important to have atleast 10 sets xerox of each document.
